Internet Access to Data

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING DATA VIA THE INTERNET:

If you have not already done so, fully execute, and fax to Office Manager Karen Prinzing’s attention, the documents downloadable by the links following these instructions. The necessary documents are entitled, "Request for User Identification Login and Password," and "Online Access Agreement and Terms."

Upon receipt of the completed and signed documents, you will be notified by e-mail when your user identification and password have been added to the system and are ready for use. Do not share your user identification and password with anyone who does not work in your office and who is not authorized by you to access the case data. If you provide your user identification and password to anyone who is not the user or an employee of the user (as defined in the Online Access Agreement) the user may be denied access to the site permanently. The Trustee reserves the right, in his sole discretion, to bar any user’s access to the site at any time for any reason.

Periodically we may change your login and password. If this is the case, you will be sent an e-mail advising of the future date when the change will be made, and you will be asked to sign and return a new Online Access Agreement, following the same procedure outlined above. The new Online Access Agreement is included at the end of this document for your future reference.

Once you have a user identification and password, you are ready to access our case data at the Internet Site found at:  www.bankruptcylink.com

1. At the site’s first page, click on Chapter 13 cases.
2. Click on login.
3. Select Robert G. Drummond’s name from the list of Trustees.
4. Enter your user identification and password.
5. Click on the submit button.

The next page will enable you to search cases assigned to our office by either a single or joint debtor’s name, or Court case number. If accessing a case by debtor’s last name, use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
